Anti-obesity infant formula?
Scientists are developing an infant formula designed to prevent babies from growing up fat. The controversial research aims to supplement fomula with a hormone called leptin that suppresses hunger. Studies suggest early exposure to leptin can programme the brain to prevent over-eating throughout life. Proponents remind us that leptin naturally occurs in breast milk. I'm not sure what to think.
